Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Software Implementation

About the role

Objective Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise software implementation programmes for government and regulated‑industry clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding strategic engagements from initiation through to long‑term customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑stream SaaS implementation projects and programmes, ensuring delivery on time, budget and quality.
• Establish and maintain strong governance, risk management and commercial oversight across all engagements.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, acting as the primary escalation point.
• Facilitate steering committees, governance forums, project boards and executive updates.
• Collaborate closely with Consulting, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and leadership teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project, commercial and delivery risks proactively.
• Support business development and pre‑sales activities, including proposals, delivery planning and customer presentations.
• Mentor project team members and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.

Required profile

• Commercially minded and customer‑focused with extensive experience in complex enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale, multi‑workstream engagements and navigate high‑stakes stakeholder environments.
• Strong program and project governance capabilities, including risk, commercial and executive reporting.
• Exceptional communication skills with confidence engaging at executive and steering‑committee level.
