Senior Software Engineer – Enterprise Content Management

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer you will design, build and support secure, resilient content‑management and integration services that underpin critical banking processes. The role centres on API development using Microsoft .NET technologies, ensuring consistent document ingestion, retrieval and governance across enterprise content platforms in a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain APIs and integration services using Microsoft .NET.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, availability and resilience requirements.
• Support and operate business‑critical production systems with high‑availability targets.
• Apply DevSecOps practices using Microsoft DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.
• Collaborate with cloud teams to deploy services on Azure and/or AWS.
• Work with ECM/DMS platforms (e.g., FileNet, BOX) and document‑lifecycle processes.
• Implement monitoring, automation and observability tooling.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a software specialist in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Proven track record designing and supporting APIs with Microsoft .NET.
• Deep understanding of service‑based architectures, API security and integration patterns.
• Experience supporting high‑availability production systems.
• Solid knowledge of DevSecOps, Microsoft DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.
• Desirable experience with ECM/DMS platforms, document‑lifecycle concepts, banking or financial services, and third‑party SaaS integrations.
