Senior Software Engineer – AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our DataAnnotation team as an AI Trainer. You will work remotely, designing and solving coding challenges that help train state‑of‑the‑art AI models, with a focus on Android development.

Key responsibilities

• Create diverse coding problems and high‑quality code snippets used to train AI systems.
• Write clear explanations and documentation for each solution.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code for correctness, performance, and readability.
• Provide detailed feedback that influences the next generation of AI models.
• Collaborate with other engineers on the platform to improve training data quality.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Previous experience as a software developer, coder, or engineer.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.

Required skills

• Kotlin (preferred for Android development).
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.
