Senior Brand & Content Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking an elite‑level marketer and content creator to lead and scale multiple consumer brands across social platforms. The role requires a highly capable operator who can build global brand identities, produce high‑performing content, and independently grow social ecosystems that drive attention, engagement, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Full management and growth of multiple social media brands on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Develop and execute content strategy, creation, publishing and performance measurement.
• Build brand identity and online presence across platforms.
• Coordinate influencers, creators and user‑generated content partnerships.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution.
• Identify trends and opportunities before the market catches on.
• Drive audience growth, engagement and brand relevance.

Required profile

• Proven experience building brands and high‑performing social pages.
• Deep understanding of all major social platforms.
• Strong creative direction, storytelling ability and content creation expertise.
• Ability to run and organise pages autonomously in a fast‑moving environment.
• Commercially minded with an obsession for quality, branding and execution.
• Experience with FMCG or consumer brands is highly valued.
