About the role

One School Global is seeking qualified primary and secondary teachers to join its relief teaching pool across multiple campuses in New Zealand. The role offers flexible, on‑site assignments where teachers can choose when and where they work, gaining experience in diverse school environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide short‑term teaching coverage for primary and secondary classes as needed.
• Deliver lesson plans and curriculum content aligned with school standards.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different campus settings and student groups.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure seamless transitions.

Required profile

• NZ‑registered teacher holding a current practising certificate.
• Passionate educator comfortable in technology‑driven classrooms.
• Strong communicator able to engage students, staff and the wider school community.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
• Team‑player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.
