Purchasing EAM Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Purchasing EAM Analyst to support operational reliability in our manufacturing environment. The role works closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement and Stores to manage end‑to‑end procurement of engineering parts, consumables and contractor services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process for goods, consumables and contractor services.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, delivery schedules and service requirements.
• Support maintenance and inventory teams with reservations, rotable spares and stock management.
• Maintain accurate master data, purchasing parameters and material information in EAM and ERP systems.
• Review supplier pricing, lead times and compliance requirements.
• Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and receipts, resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate returns, warranty claims and supplier credits for parts and materials.
• Ensure procurement activities align with company policies, food safety and inventory procedures.
• Provide proactive communication to internal stakeholders regarding delivery updates, pricing changes and procurement status.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within an engineering, maintenance or related technical environment.
• Practical understanding of engineering parts, materials and stock control processes.
• Highly organised, detail‑focused and able to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CMMS, preferably Hexagon EAM.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities.
