About the role
Niche FM is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects across its facilities, asset and property management services. The role is full‑time (part‑time considered for the right candidate) with hybrid working flexibility, preferably based in Christchurch or Wellington.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate resources and manage stakeholder communication.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
- Provide regular status updates to clients and senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to delivery.
- Relevant qualification in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
