Production Team Member – Night Shift

About the role

Join Gallagher’s manufacturing team in New Zealand and help bring world‑class products to market. You will work the night shift assembling, testing and packing items that are designed and built locally before being shipped worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Follow written job instructions completely and accurately.
• Meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep operations running smoothly.
• Identify and suggest continuous‑improvement ideas.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies at all times.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual and able to work night hours (approximately 11 pm‑7:30 am).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Physically fit and able to stand for full shifts.
• Good concentration for repetitive tasks and accurate work.
• Dexterity for handling small parts and tools.
• New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or holder of a valid work visa.
• Willing to complete a pre‑employment health check and drug screening.
