Production Team Member

About the role

Join B&D Group’s production team in Christchurch as a full‑time Production Team Member. You will work on the assembly line creating sectional garage doors for residential and industrial customers, operating on an afternoon shift.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble components and hardware of garage doors according to specifications.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (gloves, safety glasses, helmets).
• Lift and handle items up to 20 kg safely.
• Collaborate with team members and receive guidance from experienced staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in overtime shifts when production demand requires.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 kg and perform manual tasks.
• Good communication skills and a reliable, self‑motivated attitude.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations.
