Process Operator

About the role

KLIMA is seeking a motivated and reliable Process Operator to join its production team. The role is hands‑on and focuses on the manufacturing and assembly of high‑quality PVC joinery products such as windows and doors. Full training is provided through the KLIMA Training Matrix, making it ideal for candidates looking to develop practical manufacturing and technical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble PVC joinery and install window hardware.
• Cut steel reinforcing and PVC extrusions accurately and efficiently.
• Read and interpret job sheets.
• Weld PVC frames and sashes.
• Measure, cut, and install transoms and mullions.
• Fit hardware components to doors, windows, and sashes according to factory standards.
• Package finished products for customer delivery.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation at all times.
• Report machinery malfunctions immediately to management.
• Support the Technical & Maintenance Lead as required and follow all KLIMA rules, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Assist with other general production duties as requested by management.
