Production Operator

About the role

Join a global leader in flavors, fragrances and functional food ingredients as a Production Operator at our Mount Maunganui plant. You will work on a rotating 12‑hour shift schedule, contributing to the manufacturing of high‑quality fruit‑based ingredients for leading snack brands.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing and equipment calibration.
• Operate process equipment and automated packing machines.
• Carry out general packing duties and label generation using computer systems.
• Operate a forklift to load and unload materials.
• Mix and load ingredients according to production schedules.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation.
• Team‑player with a proactive, "can‑do" attitude.
• Physically fit and able to work 12‑hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Ambitious and willing to develop within the business.
