Part-Time Marketing Lead

About the role

Banqer is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand. This part‑time position (24 hours per week) will report to the CEO, work alongside a Marketing Specialist, and collaborate closely with the Sales team. You will shape strategy, execute campaigns, and mentor the specialist to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑develop and communicate a clear, actionable marketing strategy aligned with audience personas.
• Monitor trends in financial education, K‑12 education, competitor activity and regulatory changes, and share insights with Sales, Customer Success and Product teams.
• Design, execute and optimise campaigns across event‑based marketing, account‑based marketing (including direct mail), community acquisition and email nurture.
• Partner with Sales to create campaigns that attract and convert schools.
• Provide performance visibility, reporting and insights on what is working or not.
• Mentor and develop the Marketing Specialist.

Required profile

• Experience shaping marketing strategy and hands‑on execution.
• Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team and influencing senior leadership.
• Ability to analyse data, draw insights and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Passion for education and purpose‑driven work.
