Operations Manager – Terminal Operations

About the role

This is a senior operational position leading a critical terminal function within the mining and oil & gas sector. Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day terminal operations, ensuring safe and efficient handling of materials.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics to drive productivity and cost‑effectiveness.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to optimise workflow and resource allocation.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Terminal Manager or in a similar operational leadership role.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory requirements in the mining/oil & gas environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex operational processes.
