Service and Parts Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Service and Parts Advisor to join our modern multi‑brand automotive facility in Albany, Auckland. You will be the primary point of contact for customers needing service and parts for emerging NEV (new energy vehicle) brands.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their service and parts requirements, and provide appropriate advice.
• Process service orders, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely completion.
• Locate and recommend correct parts, manage inventory queries and orders.
• Maintain accurate records of service and parts transactions.
• Promote emerging NEV brands and stay updated on product information.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an automotive service or parts advisory role.
• Strong communication and customer‑focused attitude.
• Availability to work a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
• Interest in new energy vehicles (NEV).
