Online Assistant

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, supporting our growing e‑commerce operation. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, picking and packing customer orders accurately and safely while helping to maintain a high level of service for our online shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders with precision, ensuring items are correctly selected and securely packaged.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve out‑of‑stock situations, substitutions, and any customer‑related enquiries.
• Follow health and safety procedures to protect yourself and teammates.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to support efficient workflow.

• Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of each shift.
