National Marketing and Communications Coordinator

About the role

The National Marketing and Communications Coordinator will support the Baker Tilly Staples Rodway network’s marketing priorities, working closely with the National Marketing and Communications Manager and regional offices. This fixed‑term parental‑leave cover role offers a hybrid working environment and the chance to contribute to digital channels, campaigns and brand consistency across New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Build electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns and manage audience databases.
• Create and schedule content, manage social media activity on Meta and LinkedIn, and run paid campaigns with audience targeting.
• Monitor and report on campaign, social media and website performance using analytics tools such as GA4.
• Ensure consistent application of Baker Tilly Staples Rodway and Baker Tilly International brand guidelines.
• Assist with website updates, maintenance and improvements to content, usability and user experience.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in a marketing and communications role, preferably within a professional or corporate environment.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with colleagues.
• Excellent organisational abilities with a track record of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A tertiary qualification in marketing or communications is advantageous.
