Mobile Vehicle Technician – Hamilton

About the role

As a Mobile Vehicle Technician for Tesla in Hamilton, you will deliver top‑tier service to Tesla owners, ensuring their vehicles receive expert maintenance and repairs wherever they are. You will work directly with Model S, Model X, Model 3 and future models, providing a seamless, high‑quality experience that reflects Tesla’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site diagnostics, testing and repairs on electric vehicles, including HVAC, hydraulic, brake and electronic systems.
• Use diagnostic scan tools and scopes to identify issues and implement solutions efficiently.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow Tesla’s service processes and procedures.
• Travel to customer locations, both interstate and internationally, as required.
• Collaborate with the Service Center team to meet quarterly performance goals.

Required profile

• Qualified motor mechanic or Registered Vehicle Technician.
• 2‑3 years of experience as a Registered Vehicle Technician.
• Valid driver’s licence and appropriate insurance.
• Strong verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with a team‑player mindset, able to thrive in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.
