Mobile Engineering Lead

About the role

Auror is looking for a Mobile Engineering Lead to shape the strategic direction of its mobile team. You will work closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver a critical mobile app used by frontline crime‑fighters worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the mobile product roadmap and technical strategy.
• Manage cross‑team dependencies and ensure clear communication across product streams.
• Maintain delivery momentum while fostering continuous improvement within the team.
• Oversee the development, release, and scaling of the Flutter‑based mobile app serving over 10,000 active weekly users.
• Mentor engineers, promote a high‑care/high‑performance culture, and champion collaborative decision‑making.
