About the role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Specialist to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will apply advanced clinical expertise to support the development and evaluation of AI‑driven conversational agents, ensuring medical accuracy and patient‑centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical diagnosis and treatment planning across diverse medical scenarios.
• Design, test, and evaluate conversational agent workflows for medical accuracy.
• Interpret diagnostic data and integrate findings into patient‑centric care pathways.
• Develop comprehensive health assessments and provide recommendations in nutrition, dietetics, and pharmacology.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine prompt strategies and quality‑assurance rubrics.
• Facilitate multi‑turn conversations with agents, offering expert feedback to optimise system performance.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in clinical diagnosis, patient care management, and medical knowledge.
• Strong background in pharmacology, diagnostic interpretation, nutrition, and dietetics.
• In‑depth understanding of anatomy, physiology, immunology, and medical genetics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
• Experience designing conversational flows, system prompts, and evaluation rubrics.
