Join CXG as a Luxury Brand Evaluator and help premium fashion, beauty, jewellery, watch and automobile brands refine their customer experience. You will discreetly assess in‑store and online interactions, providing actionable feedback that shapes the future of luxury retail.

Key responsibilities

• Choose assignments that match your interests and profile.
• Visit luxury boutiques or evaluate online purchase journeys.
• Observe store ambiance, service quality, product presentation and overall customer experience.
• Complete concise questionnaires on CXG’s mobile platform to submit honest feedback.
• Handle purchase‑based missions, receiving reimbursement for approved items.

Required profile

• Passionate about customer experience and writing.
• Enjoy interacting with people and providing detailed observations.
• Organised, prompt and able to meet mission deadlines.
• Good understanding of fashion, beauty, jewellery, watch or automobile sectors.
• Proficient in English (written & spoken) and/or the local language.
