Level 3 Engineer

About the role

Our client is modernising its workplace environment and needs experienced Level 3 Engineers to provide advanced support across a range of Microsoft and virtualization technologies. You will act as the escalation point for onsite engineers and collaborate with vendors to resolve business‑critical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technical support for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune.
• Manage application packaging and mobile device management solutions.
• Support on‑premises and online Exchange environments.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• Provide expertise on Citrix and Horizon VDI platforms.
• Serve as the escalation point for onsite engineers and coordinate with external vendors.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure rapid resolution of critical incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in modern workplace technologies and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in New Zealand.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality support for mission‑critical services.
