About the role
The Digital Services Unit is looking for a forward‑thinking Digital Analyst to join a collaborative Scrum team delivering HR and Regulatory platform solutions for Hamilton City Council. You will help bridge business processes and technology, ensuring high‑impact outcomes for the community.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture business processes, gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Identify process improvements, conduct detailed requirements analysis and produce functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, build, test and configure technical solutions.
- Query and analyse data for reporting or data‑integrity checks using PowerBI, SQL or built‑in reporting tools.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and support platform governance.
Required profile
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience working within an Agile Scrum framework.
- Focus on delivering outcomes over outputs and a passion for continuous improvement.
