Learning, Education & Development Coordinator

About the role

The Learning, Education & Development Coordinator provides high‑quality administrative and coordination support to the LED team at Wellington Free Ambulance. Working across the organisation, the role helps deliver effective learning initiatives that enhance service delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the LED team in planning, organising and communicating learning and development programmes.
• Coordinate schedules, resources and logistics for training sessions and events.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment of learning activities with organisational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance, outcomes and feedback.
• Support the creation and distribution of learning materials and communications.

• Strong customer‑service mindset with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Confidence to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
