Information Security Consultant – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

Opportunity knocks… We're on the lookout for an Information Security Consultant to join our client’s team and play a key role in strengthening secure delivery solutions across the organisation. You will work closely with architects and engineers to design and implement robust security controls, contribute to enterprise‑wide initiatives and help enhance the overall security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement security controls for solution delivery.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on secure design.
• Develop and execute information security strategies, roadmaps and control modernisation.
• Lead risk management activities and advise on mitigation strategies.
• Conduct security testing and assurance activities.
• Contribute to comprehensive solution designs and incident resolution capabilities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of information security experience, including 5+ years in design or consulting roles.
• Proven track record creating and executing security strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong risk‑management expertise and ability to advise on mitigation.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex security concepts.
• Experience influencing and negotiating across all organisational levels.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, Law or related field.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM are highly desirable.
