About the role
Vocalbeats is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead KOL/KOC initiatives for its AI tools and social internet products. You will be responsible for expanding product exposure, acquiring new customers, and driving user growth through strategic influencer collaborations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee KOL/KOC operations for AI and social products, boosting exposure, acquisition, registration conversion and user growth.
- Source, screen and maintain overseas influencer resources on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X/Twitter, building an optimized influencer pool.
- Develop content directions for influencer partnerships based on product selling points, user scenarios and growth goals, including reviews, tutorials, seeding and experience sharing.
- Manage the full lifecycle of influencer collaborations: outreach, negotiation, brief creation, content review, launch follow‑up, data tracking and performance review.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as exposure, engagement, clicks, registrations and activations, refining influencer selection and content strategies.
- Collaborate with product, design, data and cross‑functional teams to align influencer marketing with growth targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Communication, English, International Business or related fields.
- Familiarity with overseas social media platforms and the influencer ecosystem, understanding content mechanics of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X/Twitter.
- Proven experience in overseas KOL/KOC partnerships, influencer marketing, social media operation or product growth; experience with AI tools or social products is a plus.
- Excellent English reading, writing and verbal communication; able to independently communicate with overseas influencers.
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to evaluate partnership effectiveness and optimise strategies.
- Highly self‑motivated, strong execution skills and excellent collaboration capabilities.
Required skills
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X/Twitter platforms and their content mechanics.
- Experience managing influencer outreach, negotiations and campaign performance tracking.
- Strong analytical skills for data‑driven decision making.
