About the role
MBM is seeking a Digital Manager to lead the delivery of digital campaigns for major retail and quick‑service restaurant (QSR) clients. This 12‑month fixed‑term position sits at the heart of campaign execution, turning client briefs into live, optimised media activities.
Key responsibilities
- Translate client briefs into digital media recommendations and strategic plans.
- Manage end‑to‑end campaigns across multiple accounts, coordinating with specialist teams in search, social, biddable and data.
- Monitor, optimise and report on live campaigns, extracting performance insights.
- Maintain client communications, work‑in‑progress updates and timelines.
- Coordinate media partners and direct‑buy activities.
Required profile
- Experience in a media agency or digital campaign management role.
- Proven ability to plan, buy and report on digital campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with DV360.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with Meta advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with TikTok advertising.
