About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Implementation Assistant to join our digital team. In this entry‑level position you will support the delivery and execution of digital media campaigns for a range of well‑known New Zealand brands.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and implementation of campaigns across multiple media platforms.
- Load campaigns into ad‑serving systems such as Google Campaign Manager.
- Prepare and distribute ad‑tags, click‑tags and creative assets to media partners.
- Book media placements with publishers and platform partners.
- Monitor campaign delivery, flag issues and support optimisation.
- Help compile performance data, create reports and identify insights.
- Support finance and administration tasks, including timesheets, invoice queries and reconciliation.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to break into digital media.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data.
Required skills
- Google Campaign Manager
- Meta certification platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite)
