About the role
We are looking for a Growth Manager to own the growth engine of one of the fastest‑growing consumer brands in Australasia. You will work directly with the founders, enjoying zero micro‑management and real autonomy to build the growth function.
Key responsibilities
- Work directly with the founders to set growth strategy.
- Build and lead the growth function across channels.
- Own the growth engine for a rapidly expanding DTC eCommerce business.
What we offer
- Salary range $120,000 – $160,000 per year plus bonuses.
- Hybrid work arrangement with full‑time employment.
