Graduate Teaching Program – Teach English in China

About the role

English 1 is seeking recent graduates to join its Graduate Teaching Program and deliver English lessons to young learners across China. This full‑time, entry‑level position offers a fast‑track into international education, complete with training, visa support and career development.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to children aged 3–16 using an interactive, immersive classroom approach.
• Deliver high‑energy lessons based on English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital teaching tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in their language skills.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities and student engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.

Required skills

• Ability to use digital teaching tools and classroom technology.
