Entry-Level English Teacher (ESL) – No Experience Needed

About the role

English 1 is seeking motivated, globally‑minded individuals to join its network of schools in China as entry‑level English teachers. No prior teaching experience is required; full training, teaching materials and visa support are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to learners aged 3–16 using an interactive, immersive classroom approach.
• Deliver high‑energy lessons based on English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in their language skills.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities and student engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship available.
