Google Business Profile Owner (Remote) – $60/hr

About the role

We are looking for a remote owner to manage and maintain Google Business Profiles for our clients. The role involves keeping business information up‑to‑date, responding to customer inquiries and providing insights on marketplace trends.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and current information on Google Business Profile (GBP) for assigned businesses.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and reviews to improve online reputation.
• Collaborate with industry representatives to share marketplace insights.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet engagement and quality targets.

Required profile

• Active ownership or administration of a verified Google Business Profile.
• At least one year of hands‑on experience managing a business listing.
• Regular engagement with the GBP platform.
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail or professional services is a plus.
