Full Bottle Spirits & Distribution Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Full Bottle Spirits & Distribution Requirements Planner to join our Supply Chain team in New Zealand. In this role you will ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time by owning the execution of Full Bottle Spirits (FBS) and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) processes across our national network.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute replenishment plans across distribution centres.
• Balance supply and demand while managing inventory levels.
• Monitor and improve safety stock, lead times, and stock availability.
• Coordinate stock transfers and track performance against delivery targets.
• Partner with logistics and cross‑functional teams to resolve constraints.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and logistics.
• Minimise obsolete stock and drive efficient inventory outcomes.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented planner with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with planning systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Collaborative attitude and motivation to deliver great outcomes for customers and the business.
