About the role
The Stonewood Group is seeking a Finance Professional to join its New Zealand team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will support the company’s operational goals through financial analysis, budgeting and cost‑management initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis, budgeting and cost‑management to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify financial opportunities and monitor expenditure.
- Develop strategies aimed at enhancing profitability.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and perform data analysis.
- Carry out risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Required profile
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting and cost management.
- Strong background in risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability in financial reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent problem‑solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in finance or property management is advantageous.
Required skills
- Experience with financial software tools and systems.
