About the role
The Executive Assistant will act as the trusted right‑hand to the Chief Digital Transformation Officer, providing high‑level administrative and strategic support. This role ensures the officer can focus on digital transformation priorities by managing diaries, communications and executive documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage the CDTO’s calendar, priorities and gatekeeping duties.
- Prepare, edit and refine Board papers, senior leadership team documents, investment submissions and presentations.
- Handle communications, briefings and correspondence with discretion and sound judgement.
- Translate complex digital and transformation initiatives into clear executive narratives.
- Anticipate needs and enable focus on strategic objectives across the Digital Office.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of executive assistant experience supporting C‑suite leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to operate beyond routine admin, contributing at a strategic and operational level.
- Experience preparing Board‑level papers and executive presentations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- High level of discretion, professionalism and confidence when dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Ideally experience in digital, technology or transformation environments.
