About the role
Halter is seeking an Enterprise Key Account Manager to grow its dairy and beef customer base across the South Island. You will work directly with large corporate farms, guiding them from initial rollout to full integration of Halter’s technology.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise dairy and beef accounts, overseeing implementation phases.
- Build trusted relationships with farm owners, managers, and senior leadership.
- Identify and communicate value‑adding opportunities within farming systems.
- Negotiate high‑value contracts and report key performance indicators to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful technology adoption.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of dairy and beef farming systems.
- Commercial acumen with proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various organisational levels.
- Resilience in high‑pressure environments and ability to deliver results.
