Dynatrace Developer & Administrator

About the role

Join Tata Consultancy Services in Auckland as a Dynatrace Developer & Administrator. You will lead the implementation, configuration and ongoing management of Dynatrace environments, leveraging AI‑driven observability to ensure high‑availability and performance across complex cloud applications.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Dynatrace Managed or SaaS platforms, including OneAgent, ActiveGate and cluster nodes.
• Utilise Davis AI for automatic problem detection, root‑cause analysis, anomaly detection and intelligent alert suppression.
• Set up end‑to‑end monitoring covering applications, infrastructure, user experience, micro‑services, APIs and distributed systems.
• Create custom dashboards, SLAs/SLOs, alerts and reports; enable Real User Monitoring and Synthetic Monitoring.
• Develop custom Dynatrace extensions, plugins and automation scripts using Python, Shell or PowerShell.
• Integrate Dynatrace APIs for workflow automation and third‑party integrations.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Dynatrace implementation, administration or related observability roles.
• Strong background in cloud‑native environments and performance monitoring.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to translate AI insights into remediation actions.
