Senior Site Reliability Engineer – Full Stack (Melbourne)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a senior professional to lead site reliability initiatives within its digital transformation practice. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance and continuous improvement of customer‑facing digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with customer business and IT stakeholders.
• Manage and optimise SQL databases for high availability and scalability.
• Own day‑to‑day incident management, coordinating with customer teams and Infosys offshore delivery groups.
• Drive proactive problem management by designing SOPs and improvement initiatives.
• Lead domain‑specific improvement discussions and refine delivery processes with Infosys leadership.
• Create opportunities for deeper Infosys engagement in the digital domain.
• Mentor and guide Infosys delivery teams to meet customer expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in digital/e‑commerce environments.
• Previous customer‑facing roles, preferably in retail or similar sectors.
