Digital PPC/SEM Specialist

About the role
The Digital PPC/SEM Specialist will design, launch and optimise paid media campaigns to generate high‑quality leads for Global Wave Group. Working from our Albany office, you will collaborate closely with marketing, sales and product teams to ensure campaigns drive measurable conversions and support revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and bidding strategy to maximise ROI.
- Create and refine ad copy, creative assets and landing pages in partnership with design and content teams.
- Monitor daily performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions) and make data‑driven adjustments.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
- Run A/B tests on ads, audiences and landing pages to improve lead quality.
- Produce regular performance reports highlighting insights, learnings and optimisation actions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align lead quality expectations and feedback loops.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, E‑commerce, Business or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing PPC/SEM campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make optimisation decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach across functions.
