Digital Media Director

About the role

We are looking for a Media Digital Director to champion the evolution of digital media thinking across our partnership with Westpac. You will help the client unlock smarter use of data, platforms, technology and measurement while growing digital capability within both the client and our team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of digital media strategy.
• Integrate data, programmatic, search, social and emerging platforms into client solutions.
• Design and oversee measurement, attribution and performance frameworks.
• Advise senior stakeholders on complex digital topics.
• Mentor and develop digital expertise across the team.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, media and data teams.

Required profile

• Significant experience in digital media strategy and execution.
• Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, including programmatic, search, social and emerging platforms.
• Strong knowledge of digital measurement, attribution and performance models.
• Confidence presenting to senior clients and translating technical complexity into clear recommendations.
• Leadership ability and passion for building digital capability in others.
• Curious, forward‑thinking mindset with a willingness to challenge the status‑quo.
