Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join Ronald McDonald House Charities New Zealand as a Digital Marketing Specialist and lead the execution of digital‑first campaigns that support families during hospital stays. You will manage email, website and social initiatives, ensuring each element is built, tested, approved and launched on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch multi‑channel digital campaigns across email/CRM, website and social platforms.
• Perform thorough QA, including testing, link checks, tracking hygiene and coordination of segments and approvals.
• Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders to keep timelines on track.
• Maintain and update website landing pages, applying basic SEO and conversion optimisation techniques.
• Support paid social initiatives when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering multi‑channel digital campaigns.
• Strong discipline in campaign build and quality assurance.
• Clear, confident communication and ability to work independently with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with paid social is a plus.

Required skills

• Salesforce Pardot (email/CRM platform).
