About the role
We are seeking a friendly, organised Dental Receptionist to join our busy Miramar practice. Working Monday‑Friday, you will be the first point of contact for patients, both in‑person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients and answer phone calls with a professional, warm manner.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations and patient enquiries via email.
- Process payments, handle daily banking and maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide general administrative support to the dental team, including filing and data entry.
Required profile
- Positive, reliable and team‑focused attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computer systems for scheduling and record‑keeping.
