Cybersecurity Expert (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Cybersecurity Expert to work remotely on an hourly contract. You will review flagged cybersecurity‑related conversations, assess potential malicious intent, and help improve our security‑focused classification systems.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate flagged conversations involving exploits, ransomware, worms, and data exfiltration.
• Analyze text and code‑heavy exchanges to distinguish legitimate research from harmful behavior.
• Assess proof‑of‑concept exploit development and attack pattern discussions.
• Support the training and continuous improvement of security classification models.

Required profile

• Strong experience in offensive security, red teaming, penetration testing, malware analysis, or exploit research.
• Proven ability to identify attack intent and evaluate cybersecurity threat patterns.
• Comfort interpreting technical and code‑heavy conversations.
• Capability to make nuanced decisions in ambiguous security scenarios.
• Experience with threat intelligence, vulnerability research, or security labeling workflows.

What we offer
