Country Marketing Manager – New Zealand (Online Gaming)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven marketing leader to own and expand our online gaming brand across New Zealand. You will shape strategy, drive acquisition, and ensure regulatory‑compliant communication while working closely with international teams and local partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market growth strategies focused on brand awareness, customer acquisition and commercial performance.
• Lead multi‑channel campaigns including TV, radio, sponsorships, digital, CRM, affiliates, PR, print and out‑of‑home.
• Adapt global brand messaging to local trends, cultural preferences and regulatory requirements.
• Manage performance‑marketing activities, budgets and KPI forecasting in partnership with agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, creative partners, production companies and media owners.
• Analyse campaign performance, ROI, CPA and acquisition metrics to optimise future initiatives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with commercial, product, CRM and international marketing teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years senior marketing or commercial leadership experience in high‑volume B2C sectors.
• At least 3 years experience in the online gaming or iGaming industry within New Zealand.
• Proven track record of launching brands and driving growth in the NZ market.
• Strong understanding of NZ media, advertising and regulatory landscape.
• Hands‑on experience managing significant ATL and performance‑marketing budgets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced international environment.
