About the role

Join Seed Heritage as a Casual Sales Assistant and help deliver a unique, high‑quality retail experience to customers in Newmarket. You will work with a supportive team to showcase the brand’s collections and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Create memorable, seamless interactions for every customer.
• Maintain visual standards through merchandising, stock management and store cleanliness.
• Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Provide styling advice and support customers in fitting rooms.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fashion retail or a similar sales role.
• Strong personal style and eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage large stock volumes and maintain inventory.
• Alignment with Seed Heritage values and a passion for customer service.
