Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to launch and lead the brand function for a fast‑growing music‑learning app. Based in central Auckland with flexible work‑from‑home options, you will own the brand strategy and drive global awareness, especially in the US and UK.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall brand strategy, positioning, visual identity and tone of voice.
• Plan and run multi‑channel campaigns, focusing on TikTok, influencer collaborations and artist partnerships.
• Manage social media channels and community events, acting as the public face of the brand.
• Allocate and manage the brand budget, hiring contractors or creators as needed.
• Track brand health metrics and translate insights into business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consumer brand marketing with measurable growth results.
• Hands‑on ability to build programmes from scratch and scale successful initiatives.
• Strong creative judgment, data‑driven mindset and comfort working autonomously.
• Passion for music, either as a listener or player.
