Brand & Content Designer – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a talented Brand & Content Designer to join our Wellington studio on a full‑time basis. In this key creative position you will collaborate with directors, the business manager and an external marketing agency to develop and deliver high‑impact visual assets across digital, print and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute visually engaging designs across print, digital, and bid collateral using Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365 and Figma.
• Manage and evolve branded templates and marketing documents within Creative Suite and Office 365.
• Support the maintenance and updates of the company website built on WordPress; SEO and Google Analytics knowledge is a plus.
• Create scheduled, branded content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and the Meta Suite platforms.
• Build and distribute internal staff email newsletters via SharePoint.
• Assist with paid search and social advertising campaigns.
• Oversee project photography coordination and organise visual assets.
• Support award submissions such as NZIA, Interior Awards, Best Awards and Resene Colour Awards.
• Lead the production of high‑quality client presentation materials.
• Liaise with the external marketing agency to implement broader brand and content strategy.
• Maintain and update staff CVs and project case studies.
• Assist the bid/RFP/RFQ/EOI process by gathering required information and ensuring delivery aligns with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Experience in graphic design, digital content or marketing (beneficial).
• Formal qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or Marketing.
• A refined portfolio showcasing branding, web, print and social media work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in architecture, the built environment or professional services is advantageous but not essential.
