Training Consultant – Customer Success Specialist

About the role

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Training Consultant to join its Client Experience and Learning team in New Zealand. The role blends training delivery with customer success, helping legal professionals adopt and maximise the value of LexisNexis products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver learning activities both online and face‑to‑face for a diverse client base.
• Engage directly with customers to enhance product knowledge, drive adoption and gather feedback.
• Identify learning needs and design effective training solutions.
• Create and maintain digital learning resources such as user guides and e‑learning modules.
• Build strong relationships with end‑users and internal stakeholders across sales, product, marketing, UX and more.
• Provide market and customer insights to improve product offerings and support issue resolution.
• Stay current on market, competitor and product changes, adapting training programs accordingly.
• Complete required reporting in designated databases on time.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator capable of creating engaging learning experiences in person and online.
• Relevant qualification (e.g., Law, Education, Training, Technology, Digital Learning, Instructional Design).
• Proven experience in training delivery and customer relationship management.
• Ability to identify opportunities while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
• Interest or experience with Generative AI and related tools.
