Team Support Manager – Hawke's Bay

About the role

Join one of New Zealand's largest self‑storage operators as a Team Support Manager in Hawke's Bay. You will work across three existing centres and help launch a fourth site, providing flexible, hands‑on support to ensure excellent customer experiences and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver face‑to‑face customer service and handle inbound phone sales.
• Maintain property presentation and cleanliness standards across all sites.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while managing store operations.
• Cover roster requirements across the North Island with short‑notice flexibility.
• Support the team during leave periods, working two or more days per week as needed.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience and a passion for customer service.
• Stable work history with a reliable attendance record.
• Can‑do, constructive attitude and strong face‑to‑face communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, eager for personal development, and able to work autonomously.
• Team‑player who enjoys a varied, dynamic work environment.
