About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a performance‑driven marketing professional to lead and scale Facebook user acquisition campaigns across high‑growth digital products targeting global audiences. You will work in a highly international, remote‑first environment where innovation, experimentation and measurable impact are core to the culture.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage Facebook user acquisition campaigns for web funnels across multiple consumer‑facing digital products, focusing on Tier‑1 markets such as the United States.
- Plan, launch, optimise and scale paid campaigns while overseeing substantial monthly advertising budgets (≥ $100K) to drive sustainable growth.
- Maintain and improve account structures, tracking systems, domains, payment flows and operational processes to ensure stability and efficiency.
- Develop and execute structured creative testing frameworks, analysing performance data to identify winning concepts and scaling opportunities.
- Implement automation initiatives using scripts, rules, integrations and third‑party tools to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor key acquisition metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV) and use insights to refine targeting, bidding and scaling strategies.
- Document workflows, best practices and optimisation learnings to support long‑term channel growth.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level hands‑on experience in Facebook user acquisition for web‑based B2C products in Tier‑1 international markets.
- Track record of managing high‑volume advertising budgets of at least $100 K per month, preferably over $200 K.
- Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads best practices, campaign structure, bidding, scaling, attribution and troubleshooting.
- Ability to balance hands‑on execution with strategic channel leadership in a performance‑driven environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities, capable of working independently in a fully remote, global team.
