About the role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Auckland team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, turning interest into qualified opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through research and outreach.
- Conduct initial contact with prospects via phone, email or chat.
- Manage the early stages of the sales pipeline and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to execute business development strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential clients and contribute to revenue growth.
Required profile
- Proven expertise in inside sales and lead generation.
- Strong communication and sales techniques for engaging clients.
- Experience in business development and client acquisition.
- Results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
